Meesho Seller Label Workflow: Login, Download, Crop, Print, Dispatch

For Meesho sellers, the fastest dispatch teams do not start by printing labels. They start by reviewing order status, grouping shipments, and preparing files in a way that packers can follow without confusion. A clean label workflow reduces missed pickups, wrong packets, and unreadable barcode complaints.

This workflow is designed for sellers who handle daily Meesho orders and need reliable label output from the supplier panel.

1. Check the Dashboard Before Downloading

After login, review pending orders by SLA. Do not download labels until you know which orders are ready to pack. Keep cancelled, out-of-stock, and delayed inventory orders out of the print batch.

2. Batch by SKU and Courier

Meesho sellers often process repeated SKUs. Batch those orders together so pickers can collect products quickly. If courier names are visible in your workflow, keep courier batches separate for easier handover.

3. Crop Meesho Labels Before Printing

Use the Meesho Label Cropper to remove unnecessary invoice area and prepare a clean shipping label. This is especially useful when you use thermal labels and want a larger barcode with less wasted paper.

4. Use a Naming Rule for PDF Files

A clear file name prevents duplicate printing. Use names like meesho-shadowfax-50-orders-morning.pdf. If the panel gives multiple files, combine them with the PDF merge tool before cropping or printing.

5. Packing Desk Verification

Before sealing each packet, match three things: product SKU, order/customer reference, and AWB label. If your team packs fast-moving SKUs, keep printed labels face-up in the same order as the picking tray.

6. Handover and Record Keeping

At pickup, count packets and keep proof of handover. If a courier misses scans, signed or digital handover proof helps resolve disputes faster. Store daily PDFs and manifests by date for at least one settlement cycle.
